Hey y’all my name is Coral but I go by Cori. I am a sophomore at North Georgia College and State University in the beautiful Dahlonega, Ga mountains.  My hometown is Newnan, Ga which is 30 minutes south of Atlanta, Ga.  I have lived there in the same house my entire life and I loved growing up there. I am a psychology major at NGCSU and I work for the residence life as a resident assistant (RA).  I love being an RA and it has been a true blessing from the Lord.

During my free time I like to hang out with my friends, watch movies, and listen to music. I don’t know how to play instruments and I can’t really sing but I love worshiping! Some of my favorites right now are Hillsong, Planet Shakers, Jesus Culture, and Phil Wickham. My friends are truly heaven sent! They are such an encouragement and they challenge me to do more in my walk with the Lord.  Oh! And about movies I absolutely LOVE them.  A perfect Friday/Saturday night would be watching movies with friends!

More things about what makes me, me! I love gummy bears and sour gummy worms! I will try pretty much any food, but I am not a big fan of spicy food. Indian food should be interesting. JI have never had a real boyfriend and I am saving my first kiss for my husband. I love falling in love with the Lord during his season of my life and pursuing Him only. My passion is reaching unreached people groups. What that looks like in my future I have no idea, but God is faithful and will reveal that in His timing.

I have been on many local mission trips with my youth group from the church I grew up in. I have been to Jamaica to work with all different kinds of children and I have also been on a mission trip with the International Mission Board to Japan.  On my trip to Japan is where I really got my passion for reaching unreached people groups.

I am beyond excited about his trip! The Lord is already providing for me financially and encouraging me through people I look up to. I have never been out of the country for this long before and I am excited to trust the Lord for my comfort. I am so excited to meet our team and start this exciting adventure together!
